We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, so we offer a return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction, while protecting the uniqueness of our handmade products.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product delivery date.
- The item must be:
- In original condition
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Returned with original packaging and tags intact
- The return will be accepted only for the product that was originally delivered by us.
- If a different or unrelated item is sent back, it will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
- As all our products are handmade, slight variations in design, texture, or color may occur and are not considered defects.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [your@email.com] with:
- Order number
- Product image
- Reason for return
- Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our backend team, you will receive the return shipping instructions.
- The customer is responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item back to us unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated only after we receive the returned product and it is inspected and approved by our quality control team.
- For prepaid orders (paid via UPI, net banking, etc.):
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- You will need to share your bank account details with us via email to receive the refund via bank transfer.
- Refunds will not be approved if:
- The product is found to be damaged, used, or altered.
- The return reason is not valid or does not meet our return policy conditions.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Products marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Note on Handmade Products
All our products are handcrafted, which means each item is unique. Slight irregularities in design, color, or texture are part of the charm of handmade goods and will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
