Returns & Refunds Policy – Vidz Creations

  1. At Vidz Creations, every product is handcrafted with utmost care, devotion, and premium-quality materials. We pack our items securely so they reach you safely.
    In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please send us the mandatory unboxing video, photos of the damaged product, and photos of the packaging within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue immediately as per our policy.
  2. Since all our products are handmade, customized, and created in small batches, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Colour/size variations
  • Not matching home décor expectations

Returns or refunds are only applicable for damage cases with valid unboxing proof.

2A) Mandatory Unboxing Video for Any Return/Refund Claim

To process a damage-related claim, it is compulsory to provide:

✔ A full, uncut unboxing video starting before opening the parcel
✔ Video must clearly show:

  • The unopened package
  • Shipping label
  • Entire unwrapping process
  • The damaged item

Without this proof, we will not accept any return, refund, or replacement request.

2B) What Happens After Your Claim Is Verified?

After verifying the unboxing video and photos, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit for the same value
  • Refund only if replacement is not possible

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3) Product Condition for Processing Claims

For validating damage claims:

  • All original packaging must be retained
  • Product must not be used or altered
  • Damage must be clearly visible in the unboxing video
  • All papers, tags, and accessories must be present

4) Reverse Pickup Availability

In rare cases, if your pincode is temporarily unserviceable for reverse pickup by our courier partners (Delhivery / Shiprocket), pickup will be scheduled once the location becomes serviceable again.

5) Missing Product / Tampering Issues

We ship thousands of parcels with high-quality packaging.
If you feel your parcel is tampered with, please:

  • Record a video before opening the package
  • Contact Vidz Creations immediately
  • If you receive a delivery SMS but haven’t received the parcel, inform us within 24 hours

Delayed complaints cannot be accepted.

6) Shipping Delays

We use trusted courier partners but are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Logistics issues
  • Weather
  • Festivals
  • Strikes
  • Remote area coverage

For urgent orders, please contact us prior to placing the order.

7) Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 4 hours of placing them.
  • If an order is already packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, Vidz Creations may deny future COD services.
  • For prepaid order refusal, two-way shipping will be charged.

8) Return/Refund Processing Time

We aim to resolve all valid damage-related cases within 7–10 working days after receiving complete proof and confirmation.

9) Approval Required for Claims

All return/refund requests must be submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Vidz Creations team.
Processing may take 48 hours after receiving your complaint.

10) Offline Store Purchases

Orders placed online cannot be returned at any offline stores or local vendors.

11) Store Credit Validity

If store credit is issued, it will be valid for 3 months and can be used on any future purchase at Vidz Creations.

12) Disputes

We always aim to resolve issues politely and fairly.
If any disputes remain unresolved, jurisdiction will be Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13) Handmade Product Disclaimer

All Vidz Creations products are handmade and artisanal.
Minor variations in texture, color, shine, or size are natural characteristics — not defects.
These variations make each piece unique and one-of-a-kind.

14) Bulk or Customized Orders

For bulk manufacturing or customized orders, this policy does not apply.
Returns or refunds will be handled case-by-case.

15) Right to Reject Repeated Abuse of Policy

Vidz Creations reserves the right to deny claims if multiple suspicious or repeated return requests arise.
