We ship our handcrafted products across all serviceable locations in India.
We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for supported pincodes.

We try our best to ensure timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen conditions.

Once your order ships → Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

Your items may arrive in more than one package if shipped from different storage locations — but:

👉 You will be charged only one delivery fee for the entire order.

COD is offered as a genuine payment method, NOT a trial option.

Customers must pay before opening the parcel
Refusing a COD parcel may lead to:
- COD facility being disabled for your future orders
- Recovery of two-way shipping costs (for prepaid customers)

If COD is not available at your pincode, you may choose a prepaid option.

If you need a delivery before a specific date:

We will try our best, but cannot guarantee date-specific delivery.

We ship through trusted logistics partners:

If your location is currently unserviceable by these partners, we will contact you for an alternative shipping solution.

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
Refund will not be issued if:
- Order is refused at delivery doorstep
- There are 3 failed delivery attempts by courier partner
